Resolved: SMS Notification Cancellations and Delays
Between January 16 and January 26, users experienced intermittent delays or failures with At-Home activity SMS notifications due to a service disruption with our third-party provider, Twilio. All other platform features remained fully operational during this time. The issue has since been resolved, and SMS delivery has returned to normal.
